AI Ultra is the flagship: adaptive AI, sync-content library, full app control. AI is the value tier with the core experience minus the smart features. Older models (2+, Pro) are still supported with replacement sleeves but no longer in active production. Browse the catalog or email support for a personal recommendation.

On the AI Ultra, the device syncs to compatible content via the Autoblow app over Bluetooth; sleeve strokes match the video timing. The app library is curated by Autoblow; we don't host it, but every AI Ultra ships with access.

Sleeves are model-specific. AI Ultra uses its own sleeve format (Mouth / Pussy / Anus variants). Older 2+ sleeves don't fit AI Ultra and vice versa. Check the sleeve product page for the compatible model list before ordering.

Replacement sleeves are in stock at our NL warehouse for every supported model. Charging cables, USB adapters, and travel pouches are available as accessories. Need a part not listed? Email support; we may have it.

With proper cleaning (warm water + mild soap, air dry), sleeves last 3-6 months of regular use. Most customers replace 2-3 times per year. Sleeves are wear items; they're consumables, not warrantied.

No. EU warranty is handled in your country, in your language. Replacement parts ship from our NL warehouse. No cross-Atlantic returns.

30 days from delivery for defect-related returns: defective, damaged in transit, not as described, or the wrong item. 14 days for change-of-mind returns (EU statutory withdrawal), sealed items in original packaging only. A defect found after 30 days is covered by the 2-year EU warranty.

No, hygiene exclusions apply to all intimate products. Once a seal is broken or a device shows signs of use, it can't be returned to general stock. A defective product is a different case: you have 30 days to return it, and the 2-year EU warranty after that.

It depends on the reason. Defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item: we do, with a prepaid UPS label. Changed your mind (14-day withdrawal): you pay the return shipping to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund returns to your original payment method (iDEAL, card, Klarna, etc.). See /returns for the per-method timing.
