Defective, damaged in transit, not as described or the wrong item? 30 days from receipt, and we send you a prepaid UPS label. Changed your mind? The EU statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies: sealed items only, hygiene exclusions apply, and you ship the item back at your own cost. No RMA forms. A defect found after 30 days is covered by the 2-year EU warranty.

Return label
Defect, damage or wrong item: we email a prepaid UPS label within 1 business day. Change of mind: we send you the return address; you choose a tracked carrier and pay the return shipping.
Drop-off
Pack the sealed item, attach the label and drop it at any UPS pickup point, or hand it to your own carrier.
Refund
Refund issued within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
What can be returned
- Sealed devices in original packaging
- Sealed sleeves (factory-wrapped)
- Accessories (cleaners, lubes, sealed)
- Wrong item shipped (30 days)
- Order arrived damaged in transit (30 days)
- Used devices or sleeves (hygiene)
- Opened sleeve packaging
- Devices with visible use signs
- Change-of-mind returns past 14 days from delivery
- Defects reported after 30 days: use the warranty
Hygiene exclusions are standard for intimate products across the EU. Sealed items returned in original packaging are always eligible; once a seal is broken, the item can't go back into general stock.
